With expertise in clinical nutrition, culinary arts, and education, Alison has combined her love for food and teaching to inspire others through innovative cooking, wellness practices, and hands-on learning experiences. Her work has taken her across the United States and internationally, where she has left a lasting impact through her creativity, leadership, and dedication to excellence.

Teaching Experience

Alison is a dedicated educator with extensive experience across multiple teaching roles:

Nutrition Educator: At Beecher’s Foundation in Seattle, Alison taught nutrition education and cooking workshops to 4th and 5th graders, inspiring students to make healthy choices.


Cooking Teacher: As both a business owner and a contracted teacher, Alison developed and led cooking programs, including the first after-school cooking program at Wells International School in Bangkok, which expanded into a summer program. She engaged children through hands-on learning, creativity, and kitchen safety.

Teaching as a Nanny: While providing childcare worldwide, Alison incorporated education into caregiving, teaching children through sports, creative play, and academics.


ESL Teacher: Alison taught English as a Second Language (ESL) to all ages in both school systems and private settings in Taiwan and Thailand, developing tailored lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners. Her dedication and leadership skills led to her promotion to a management position overseeing the entire Kindergarten program.
